Most residents consider roads, public transportation poor

A majority of New Jersey residents contacted in a Rutgers-Eagleton Poll consider roads and public transportation to be in poor condition. Twenty-seven percent consider local roads in their area as poor, 35 percent rated them as only fair. Asked to grade New Jersey’s highways, 38 percent rated them as only fair and 12 percent rated them as poor. NJ SEED believes New Jersey need’s to invest in its infrastructure to support our economy.
