Christie signs laws to fund anti-tobacco efforts, make birth control more accessible

Governor. Chris Christie signed a bill into law on Friday that will allow women who rely on prescribed birth control to obtain a six-month supply all at once. The bill also dedicated one percent of retail and wholesale tobacco product revenue to fund state anti-smoking programs, netting about $7 million a year.
